1. About BlooBot

BlooBot is a chat bot for joystick.tv, operated by HARPAX ([email protected]). By installing or using BlooBot in your channel, or by interacting with BlooBot in any channel, you agree to these Terms.

2. What BlooBot Does

BlooBot connects to your joystick.tv channel via the official API, reads public chat messages, responds to commands, and stores a limited set of data to power its features (see Section 3).

3. Data Collected

BlooBot collects and stores the following information:

  • Your joystick.tv username, for tracking loyalty streaks and schedule data.
  • Chat command usage (command names and arguments), processed to respond and stored where relevant (e.g. a submitted schedule entry).
  • Tip event data (tip amount and username) for milestone tracking and tip menu integration.
  • Stream schedule entries set by streamers or moderators, stored per channel.

BlooBot does not collect passwords, email addresses, payment details, IP addresses, or browser data.

4. How Data Is Used

Collected data is used exclusively to operate BlooBot's features: loyalty streak tracking, schedule commands, tip menu integration, and announcement systems. Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

5. Data Retention

Channel data is retained for as long as your channel remains connected to BlooBot. Upon removal, your channel's data will be deleted within 30 days of your written request to [email protected].

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of all data associated with your channel or your username at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BlooBot commands to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Channels found in violation of this policy may be removed from the service without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of BlooBot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent version is always available at this URL.
