This Privacy Policy describes how BlooBot, operated by HARPAX ([email protected]), collects, uses, and stores information when you interact with BlooBot on joystick.tv.

1. What We Collect

BlooBot collects the following information:

  • joystick.tv username — to track loyalty streaks, schedule data, and tip redemptions on a per-channel basis.
  • Chat messages — processed in memory to detect bot commands. Message text is not stored verbatim; only structured data derived from commands (e.g. a schedule entry) is written to the database.
  • Tip events — tip amount and username, stored for milestone tracking and tip menu cash-in redemptions.
  • Stream schedule entries — text set by streamers or moderators using !setsched, stored per channel.

2. What We Do Not Collect

  • Passwords or authentication tokens
  • Email addresses
  • Payment details or financial information
  • IP addresses of viewers
  • Browser fingerprints or analytics data

3. Where Data Is Stored

All data is stored in a SQLite database on a self-hosted Oracle Cloud server located in the US region. Data is not synced to any third-party cloud service, analytics platform, or data broker.

4. Third-Party Services

BlooBot uses the joystick.tv API to operate (read chat, send messages, and query channel data). No other third-party services receive your data. There are no analytics scripts, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.

5. Data Retention

Channel and viewer data is retained for as long as the channel is connected to BlooBot. Following a removal request, all data associated with the requesting channel or username will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of any personal data associated with your joystick.tv username or channel by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The most recent version is always available at this URL. Continued use of BlooBot after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
